Leslie Pancoast is a Managing Partner of Insurance Office of America, one of the largest privately held insurance agencies in the country (www.ioausa.com). In California, IOA operates under the dba IOA Insurance Services. Leslie is the Branch Manager of IOA's San Francisco Bay Area office in Pleasanton, CA, which she opened in 2005. She was appointed to the IOA Advisory Council in 2010.

Leslie focuses on placing professional liability and other commercial insurance for architects, engineers, attorneys and other professional consultants. Her insurance career began in 1982. By 1988, Leslie began focusing on specializing in professional liability insurance and risk management.

Leslie has earned the designations of Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) by completing two comprehensive insurance programs through the Society of Commercial Insurance Counselors (www.scic.com) and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (www.plusweb.org), respectively.

With over two decades of insurance experience and having placed insurance for hundreds of architectural, engineering, and law practices statewide, Leslie's broker skills are fine tuned and geared toward finding the right programs for her clients and negotiating highly competitive premium terms. She also provides contract review and risk management seminars for her clients.

Leslie and her husband, Mark, are avid birdwatchers. They especially enjoy vacationing in Idaho and Wyoming in the west and love visiting the coast of Maine, as well.

John Tenuto is Regional President and Managing Partner of IOA Insurance Services. John opened IOA's San Diego office in 2005 and was appointed to the IOA Board of Directors in 2010.

John graduated from California State University, Hayward with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He began his insurance career in 1985, developing his expertise at a number of prominent brokerages in both Northern and Southern California, including HRH, Barney & Barney, and Dealey, Renton & Associates. John also founded Tenuto & Associates Insurance Services in 1994, which was acquired by HRH in 2001. His practice focuses on providing his clients property and casualty insurance products and various risk management services.

John specializes in representing design and construction related firms. He has participated in various loss prevention and risk management seminars over the past 25 years.

Alicia Igram is a Vice President of IOA Insurance Services, Orange County office in Aliso Viejo, CA, which she joined in February, 2009.

Alicia earned the professional designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) by completing the Insurance Institute of America's program curriculum www.aicpcu.org. She's a member, Past President, and served in other executive board positions of a/eProNet, a National Association of Independent Insurance Brokers whose members specialize in professional liability, risk management, loss prevention and providing value added services to the global design community www.aepronet.org. She is also a member, Past President, and served in other executive and director capacities for thirteen years for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Orange County (IIABOC) www.iiaboc.com. Alicia was voted into the IIABOC Hall of Fame as the 1999 Agent of the Year in Orange County. She's a member of the Orange County Chapter of the Society for Design Administration (SDA) which is an affiliate member of the Orange County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) www.sdaoc.org.

A second generation Insurance Broker, Alicia started helping out in her Dad's Life Insurance Agency at the young age of eight. She began working in the Property & Casualty field in 1978 and by 1986 chose to focus her insurance career in the design industry. Since 1986 Alicia has provided Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Property, Builders' Risk, General Liability, Umbrella Liability, Inland Marine, Business Automobile, Workers' Compensation, Group Health, Dental, Life and Vision, Disability, Individual Life, and various other business insurance products and value added risk management, loss prevention, contract review, and claim assistance to hundreds of Architectural, Engineering, Surveying, Landscape Architectural, Construction Management, Interior Design, and other specialty firm's within the design and construction industry.

A Southern California native, Alicia and her husband Randy have been married since 1985 and reside in Mission Viejo, CA with their sons, Spencer and Christian.

Reno Caldwell is Vice President of IOA Insurance Services. He operates from the San Francisco Bay Area office in Pleasanton, CA, which he joined in 2007.

After graduating from California State University, Fresno in 1992 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance, Reno immediately found his niche in the insurance industry. He has specialized in providing professional liability insurance for design professionals, construction managers, law offices and other professional consultants since 1996.

Reno has worked at several brokerages and insurance companies across the country. He also has experience as a marketing rep for a major insurer of design professionals, giving him important insight when it comes to negotiating the best terms for his clients. Reno enjoys working as a partner with design professionals, and providing creative and insurable risk management advice for his clients.

Kelly Howell is Vice President of IOA Insurance Services. She is based in the San Diego IOA office. Kelly began her insurance career in 1982 and specializes in the insurance and risk management needs of the design and construction industry. Kelly also provides contract review and in-house risk management seminars.

Kelly has earned the designation of Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is a candidate for the ARM Risk Management program. She is an affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects in San Diego (www.aiasandiego.org), and is also a member of a/e ProNet, a national network of brokers who specialize in serving the insurance needs of design professionals (www.aepronet.org).

Kelly is a native San Diegan and in her free time, she enjoys dirtbike riding, wakeboarding and running.

Gigi Yuen is an Account Executive with IOA Insurance Services in Pleasanton, CA, which she joined in August of 2007.

Gigi graduated from San Francisco State University after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She began her insurance career in 1991 servicing accounts in Professional Liability and Commercial Property & Casualty for architects, engineers and other design consultants. By 1996, Gigi specialized in managing the a/e small firm program, which included client services, new business development and risk management for hundreds of small firms in California.

Gigi has retained her broker's license since 1991 and has participated in various continuing education insurance classes and risk management seminars over the past 16 years.

Gigi is known for her prompt, thorough and professional service to each of her clients.

Rob Supple is a Risk Manager at IOA Insurance Services, one of the ten largest privately-held insurance brokerages in the country. Rob joined IOA in June of 2011 and works out of the San Diego office. Prior to joining IOA, he was a founding partner and owner at two other San Diego insurance brokerage firms.

Rob graduated from San Diego State University in 1982 earning his Bachelor of Science degree with an Insurance Major/Management Minor. He has been awarded the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designations. Rob attends over 25 hours of advanced specialty topic insurance classes annually.

Rob began working with design professionals, accountants, and lawyers in 1985. He offers his clients a wide range of value-added services, including risk management surveys, contract review, claims counseling and loss prevention assistance. Rob is a native Southern Californian. In his free time, he enjoys teaching his kids (Nachesa and Nico) wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing, biking, and insurance.

Jeff Steen is a Commercial Agent at IOA Insurance Services in the San Diego office, which he joined in 2011. Prior to joining IOA, he served for 12 years as an Account Executive at a regional insurance brokerage firm.

Jeff is a native San Diegan. He graduated from the University of San Diego in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
