IOA Insurance Services is an independent broker. As such we do not have special obligations to any one insurance company. Our obligation is to you, the insured, to understand your insurance needs and to know how to fulfill them.
The above list represents the first tier professional liability carriers we work with everyday. Please note that we can approach multiple underwriters using only one application. Completing more than one to obtain quotes is not necessary. That said, please feel free to complete any one of these forms and email/fax it to one of our offices, and we will be glad to provide you with competitive terms.
